Water can damage your hardwood floor

Even a few small drips of pure water, if left unabsorbed, definitely can make ugly stains on the floor - so it is very important to get rid of them very soon - as soon as they happen.
This is especially true with hardwood floors that do not have much of a finish, or older floors. The water - or other liquid - in drops will not destroy the whole thing, but the stains are very visible. So Hardwood Floor Protection 101 is definitely a thing to consider when furnishing your offices or other spaces.
Also remember that all these factors mix - is the one mentioned in this article plus those drips. So that the aging plus dirt, if left unattended, plus a bit of liquid can make an ugly difference to your floor.
That, and the fact that unlike other wooden items, the stained/worn hardwood floors do not really look pretty and casual when damaged, leads us to the conclusion that taking care of the floor is of the utmost importance, as the look of it can dramatically alter the look of the whole room, and you do not want your room, or rooms to look messy, do you?
