Tried and true tip from rescuer for old set in pet stains

The single best method, and (oh good gracious have I tried all of them...)is color-safe bleach,with dish soap and water. Warm, not hot, and don't over soak. I actually run this mixture through my steam cleaner and you wouldn't believe the difference this trick makes, especially with the smell of dog urine!

For me, its the smell that offends me worse than the spot on my rugs, I just can't stand it. The color safe bleach is basically peroxide with a mild degreaser, and it works like a charm. Good luck to those with pee pee problems, don't give up. Your pet is counting on you to help him or her learn the housebreaking rules. hope this little tip helps make things easier!
